About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, your mission is to reinforce the Border Foods Core Values while making the lives of our employees and guests better. You will be responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant, building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience. Your role involves creating opportunities to positively impact life experiences, ensuring a quality customer experience through fast and friendly service, and fostering a culture of recognition and unity.
