As a General Manager, your mission is to reinforce the Border Foods Core Values while making the lives of our employees and guests better. You will be responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant, building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience.
You will guide your team to serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner, ensuring a quality customer experience by driving fast and friendly service. Beyond daily operations, you will act as a strategic planner, creating short-term and long-term strategies for restaurant success. You will foster a culture of recognition and unity, resolving employee issues in a timely manner and navigating challenging situations with appropriate guidance.
