As an Assistant Store Manager, you will serve as a vital leader ensuring your store delivers outstanding customer service, meets financial goals, and adheres to all company policies. You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations. In the Store Manager's absence, you will direct the activities of all team members, maintaining a high-energy, collaborative environment focused on integrity and results.
