The Assistant Store Manager at Store #6126 (St Johns Commons, FL) is a pivotal role for a detail-oriented, organized individual who delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, serving as a key partner in leasing storage and parking, managing the team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that embraces change while enhancing everyone's journey. The schedule is designed to support work-life balance, operating Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Notably, this position requires no evening hours.
