As an Assistant Store Manager for our Premier RV Storage location in Marana, AZ, you will be involved in all phases of the operation. This role is perfect for someone who pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. You will manage a team, assist with maintenance, supervise on-site projects, and maintain strong relationships with tenants while leasing storage and parking spaces.
This position operates on a Friday and Saturday schedule from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring no evening hours. You will be responsible for renting storage units, preparing rental agreements, handling monetary transactions, and maintaining the property's curb appeal. The right candidate enjoys providing exceptional customer service while effectively selling all aspects of the rental experience and possesses excellent communication skills.
