- check_circleTrain and mentor leasing teams through hands-on demonstration and real-time coaching
- check_circleAnalyze market trends and competitor strategies to adjust pricing and marketing tactics
- check_circlePartner with on-site teams to optimize digital and in-person marketing for lead conversion
- check_circleOversee leasing office and model unit readiness to ensure a seamless leasing experience
- check_circleEnsure strict compliance with Fair Housing laws and company leasing policies
- check_circleServe as the primary leasing leader to hold property teams accountable for meeting goals
- check_circleExecute aggressive leasing strategies to fill occupancy gaps at underperforming sites

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- verifiedMinimum of 3 years experience in student housing leasing
- verifiedNational Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) or Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) certification preferred
- verifiedAbility to travel 90% of the time
