As an Assistant Store Manager at our Brooklyn location, you will provide leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for a high-energy leader who thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about building relationships with the community.
You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations. In the Store Manager's absence, you will direct the activities of all team members. Your day will involve maintaining a neat and clean store environment, analyzing financial trends to maximize sales, and resolving customer complaints to drive satisfaction. You will also play a key role in recruiting, developing, and motivating team members to exceed expectations.
