As an Assistant Store Manager, you will serve as a vital leader within our Charlotte location, ensuring the store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for a high-energy professional who thrives in a busy environment and is eager to grow within the financial services industry.
In this position, you will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for directing team activities in the Store Manager's absence, fostering a strong customer service culture, and building lasting relationships with our community. Your day will involve analyzing financial trends to maximize sales, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also play a key role in recruiting, developing, and motivating team members to exceed expectations.
