This position serves as a vital leader within our retail operations, responsible for the management and supervision of all areas assigned by the Store Manager. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager steps in to lead the entire store operation, ensuring that company standards and best practices are consistently met.
You will be the face of the brand on the sales floor, fostering a culture of respect, courtesy, and professionalism. Your day will involve coaching retail associates to provide efficient service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and driving the "treasure hunt" experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively to solve hard problems, analyze store performance, and manage resources to maximize productivity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing talent and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
