About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager serves as a vital leader within the store, ensuring outstanding customer service, meeting operating objectives, and driving financial goals. This role is designed for a high-energy professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to building strong relationships with our community. You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations. In the Store Manager's absence, you will direct the activities of all team members, maintaining a neat and clean store environment and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
