About the Role
We have an immediate opening for a Full Time Assistant Manager at our Seattle Premium Outlets (Tulalip, WA) location. In this role, you will ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and meets our visual merchandising standards. You will provide direction to associates to ensure floor coverage and completion of daily tasks, while assisting in the development of a sales-focused staff. Your day will involve motivating others to drive store sales performance, ensuring new associates are thoroughly trained, and recognizing successes to boost store morale.
