About the Role
We have an immediate opening for a Full Time Assistant Manager at our Great Mall (Milpitas, CA) location. You will work directly with Store Managers to promote operational effectiveness and ensure that customers are always our first priority. Taking pride in delivering superior customer service, you will inspire associates to excel by being an exceptional role model.
You will understand that the way the store looks is essential to drawing customers in. Your focus will be on ensuring the store is clean, well-organized, and meets our visual merchandising standards. In this fast-paced environment, you will provide direction to associates to ensure floor coverage, assist in the development of a sales-focused staff, and contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing successes and boosting morale.
