About the Role

We have an immediate opening for a Full Time Assistant Manager at our Miromar Outlets (Estero, FL) location. You will work directly with Store Managers to promote operational effectiveness and ensure that customers are always our first priority.

You take pride in delivering superior customer service and inspiring associates to excel by being an exceptional role model. You understand that the way the store looks is essential to drawing customers in; therefore, you will ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and meets our visual merchandising standards. Your day will involve providing direction to associates to ensure floor coverage, assisting in the development of a sales-focused staff, and monitoring associate success to help them achieve company expectations.
