About the Role

This position is designed to grow your career by executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates process merchandise efficiently and effectively as a team. You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing the flow of goods onto the sales floor. Beyond logistics, you will be responsible for training and mentoring associates on established principles, ensuring merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Your day will involve monitoring team productivity, coaching associates, and organizing backstock for easy replenishment. You will serve as a role model for exceptional customer service, creating a positive internal and external experience while promoting a culture of honesty and integrity. By communicating effectively with management and partners, you will help uphold merchandising philosophy, safety awareness, and store shrink reduction goals.
