About the Role

As an Assistant Retail Operations Manager, you will oversee multiple Gift Shop and Gift Kiosk/Cart locations, ensuring a dynamic leadership environment that motivates staff to exceed customer expectations. This role is designed to foster a culture of operational excellence where every team member is integrated, trained, and empowered to deliver the SSA EXTRA Guest Service experience.

In this position, you will serve as a bridge between the retail floor and leadership, managing daily operations from inventory control and sales analysis to cash handling and POS functionality. You will lead by example in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment while driving sustainability and conservation efforts. Beyond daily operations, you will champion an inclusive and supportive approach, removing barriers to growth and engaging the team in community giving initiatives. Your day-to-day involves forecasting sales, managing payroll budgets, and ensuring that merchandise presentation standards are met to maximize sales opportunities.
