About the Position
Vince is seeking a dynamic, customer service-driven Full-Time Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our store. This role is pivotal in maximizing profits, sales, and the overall customer experience. The Store Manager will serve as the face of the brand, hiring, training, and managing store associates to achieve ambitious sales and profit goals while maintaining excellent visual presentation and housekeeping standards.
Operating in strict accordance with company guidelines and loss control procedures, the Store Manager ensures proper floor coverage to maximize store volume. This position requires a leader who can set an example of exceptional service, drive client development, and foster a culture of ownership and accountability among the team.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum three years experience in retail management
