About the Role

The Assistant Manager is a vital leader who contributes to the execution of Peter Piper Pizza's operations standards. This role exists to ensure our guests receive a high-quality experience defined by outstanding hospitality, quality products, and a clean environment. You will be the driving force behind coaching and developing Team Members, Certified Trainers, Team Leads, Key Holders, and Shift Supervisors.
