About the Role
Cottonwood Residential is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Cottonwood Ridgeview Apartments in Plano, TX. This role is designed to provide in-person assistance and service to residents regarding rent payments, fees, and other charges, while coordinating leasing and resident activities.
You will manage vendors, maintain up-to-date resident files, handle delinquencies, and prepare legal and formal documents. In the absence of the Property Manager, you may occasionally assume full responsibility for the community. This position requires weekend availability and serves as a vital support pillar for our on-site operations.
