About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Aurora, CO. In this role, you will help fulfill our mission of connecting residents to community. You will be passionate about your work, driven to achieve ambitious goals, and ready to step up when the team needs an extra hand. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will help people find their next home and get them connected in the community. You will act as a role model for how staff engage with prospective and current residents, lead property tours, and assist in training team members. This position offers a dynamic day-to-day environment where you will manage leasing efforts, support budget goals, and ensure the accuracy of resident records.
