About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our EPC firm, where we self-perform a significant portion of the construction for utility-scale solar projects. This role is designed for recent college graduates or professionals with 2-4 years of field experience who are eager to manage large-scale utility solar projects from the ground up.
You will serve as a critical link between the Owner, our engineering teams, and our field operations. Your day-to-day involves overseeing construction activities, tracking budget delivery, and managing subcontractor relationships across the Southeast and West Texas. While this position requires 100% travel, you will be supported by a company truck, fuel card, and per-diem allowances.
