About the Role
We are partnering with a well-established engineering and construction firm to find a hands-on Construction Project Manager who thrives in the field. This high-visibility role offers significant autonomy and direct interaction with engineering teams and customers. You will lead projects from installation through commissioning and startup, serving as the primary on-site point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
This position is designed for a strong field leader who enjoys driving complex multi-trade projects to completion. You will work in a highly collaborative environment, solving field challenges in real-time and ensuring all work meets rigorous specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead and coordinate field crews across multiple trades during installation, fabrication, commissioning, and startup
- check_circleEnsure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
- check_circleServe as the on-site point of contact for Engineering and the customer
- check_circleProactively solve field challenges and remove obstacles for crews
- check_circleCommunicate job status, resource needs, and progress updates to Project Engineers and Coordinators
- check_circleIssue change orders, redline drawings, and provide required customer documentation
- check_circleOversee site safety compliance and conduct toolbox talks
- check_circleCollect and manage timecards and project documentation
- check_circleSupport system startup and checkout as needed
- check_circleProvide post-project feedback to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- verifiedAssociate's Degree or trade school equivalent
- verified5–7+ years of construction management or superintendent experience
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedAbility to pass driver health screening
- verifiedWillingness to travel 70%+

Background in plumbing, mechanical, or process systems.
