This position serves as a vital partner to the Project Manager, guiding projects from the initial bid preparation phase through final client acceptance. The Assistant Project Manager is expected to lead, coach, and mentor project team members, fostering a culture of safety and timely completion. In this ever-changing environment, success relies on strong communication skills to interact with staff at all levels, as well as the ability to remain flexible, inventive, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
