The Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA) is a phenomenal group dedicated to connecting people, places, and creating experiences for the millions of passengers traveling through Southern California's Ontario International Airport (ONT). As the fastest-growing airport in the U.S., ONT is paving the way for the future of the region and the aviation industry.
We are looking for individuals who think outside the box, get excited about possibilities, and want to contribute to a vibrant team making world-class moves. If you are passionate about shaping the future of this airport, this is your opportunity to make a global impact.

Your day-to-day involves bridging the gap between technical execution and strategic goals, ensuring that every project aligns with OIAA standards and regulatory requirements while enhancing the business and operational capabilities of the airport.
Candidates who successfully complete all phases of the selection process will be placed on an eligibility list. This list is used to fill current and future vacancies and typically lasts for 6 months, though it may be extended or abolished based on the needs of the OIAA. The selection process includes knowledge examinations, aptitude tests, and background checks necessary to obtain an OIAA employee badge at ONT.
The OIAA encourages applications from qualified individuals with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Employment and Housing Act.
