We are seeking an MD/DO qualified physician to serve as Assistant Director of the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Program while providing essential outpatient care to children, adolescents, and families. This unique dual-focus role bridges clinical service and academic leadership, ensuring the department's mission is supported through teaching, supervision, and program administration.
In this position, you will contribute to the evolution of our fellowship curriculum, oversee trainee evaluation and recruitment, and manage key aspects of program administration. Your day-to-day work involves delivering integrated, multidisciplinary psychiatric care in our department-affiliated outpatient clinic, collaborating closely with psychologists, social workers, and primary care providers. Beyond clinical duties, you will mentor psychiatry residents, fellows, and medical students, leading didactic sessions and modeling developmentally informed care. As a faculty member, you will also engage in scholarly activities and serve as a liaison between fellows, faculty, and departmental leadership to foster a supportive and high-performing academic environment.
