About the Role

The Child Psychiatrist serves as a vital clinical leader within our outpatient mental health clinic, providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to children, adolescents, and their families. This role is designed for a professional passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care. You will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards while collaborating closely with therapists, case managers, primary care providers, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

In this position, you will manage medication for emotional, behavioral, and developmental disorders, conduct risk assessments, and provide crisis intervention when clinically indicated. The role emphasizes a commitment to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels a strong sense of belonging, ensuring that clinical care is both culturally responsive and family-centered.
