The Director of Patient Care Services serves as a pivotal leader within our Behavioral Health Center, directly reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer and the Behavioral Health Center Administrator. This role is designed for a visionary professional who is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, monitoring, and evaluating patient care delivered by a designated healthcare team. You will hold twenty-four-hour responsibility for patient care functions across inpatient departments and intake, ensuring accountability for staffing, leadership, decision-making, fiscal guidelines, and effective departmental relationships. Your mission is to maintain an active approach that fosters a supportive and collaborative professional environment among physicians, staff, and patients, with a relentless focus on quality and efficiency.
