About the Role

As a Sales Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our store's operations with a distinct focus on advancement and training for future management positions. This is an immediate opportunity to join a team that values performance and growth. You will be responsible for driving store revenue by consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets while managing inventory and maintaining an attractive showroom.

Your day-to-day involves more than just supervision; you will assist with product maintenance, deliveries, and customer service, occasionally performing deliveries and setups at customer locations. You will direct and supervise employees across sales, inventory, and cash reconciliation, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for individuals with a great attitude and an upbeat personality to help us maintain our reputation for service excellence.
