About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Paper Source, you are the heart of our customer experience. Your mission is to create a welcoming, engaging, and interactive shopping environment where every guest feels valued. You will put customers first, using your genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge to help them find the perfect gift, unique card, or gorgeous wrap. Whether face-to-face or over the phone, you will share your passion for our products to ensure customers look forward to their next visit.

From creating neat, tidy, and vibrant displays that inspire creativity to supporting store services and visual merchandising standards, this role offers numerous opportunities to demonstrate initiative. You will actively sell by asking open-ended questions and making thoughtful recommendations, while also protecting company assets through adherence to inventory and loss prevention standards. The position requires physical activity on the selling floor, including prolonged standing, lifting, and bending, in an ever-changing environment that rewards a positive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn.

Benefits are structured based on scheduled hours. Associates working less than 20 hours per week receive an Employee Discount, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and Sick Pay.
