About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Laveen, Arizona location. In this role, you will partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive team development. You will be the backbone of our store's efficiency, managing everything from merchandise flow and inventory organization to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our shoppers.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of leadership and hands-on work. You will guide associates in delivering positive customer interactions, supervise the movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to the sales floor, and ensure our store presentation meets company standards. From handling opening and closing procedures to managing payroll and loss prevention, you will play a critical role in keeping our store running smoothly and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
