We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Oklahoma City, where you will play a pivotal role in driving store operations, elevating customer service, and fostering team development. In this position, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for both associates and customers. Your day-to-day impact will be felt through your leadership in maintaining store standards, managing merchandise flow, and cultivating a high-energy team culture.
As a key leader on the floor, you will be the face of the company for many shoppers, addressing their questions and concerns with a positive and approachable demeanor. You will also be responsible for the physical upkeep of the store, ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and the stockroom is organized, while maintaining cleanliness throughout all areas, including restrooms and common spaces.
