About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Amherst, New York, to support store operations, elevate customer service, and foster team development. In this role, you will partner with the Store Manager to ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for both associates and customers.
You will be the face of the store, helping customers in a positive and approachable manner while addressing their questions and concerns. Your day-to-day involves maintaining the store's visual standards, organizing merchandise from delivery to the sales floor, and ensuring seasonal areas are presented effectively. You will also play a key role in team development by assisting in the supervision, training, and growth of Store Associates.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
