We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Valliant, Oklahoma, to support store operations, elevate customer service, and foster team development. In this role, you will partner with the Store Manager to ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for both associates and customers.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of operational leadership and hands-on support. You will help organize merchandise transfers, maintain seasonal areas, and ensure the sales floor remains well-stocked and presentable. From processing corporate directives to supervising and training store associates, you will be instrumental in maintaining company standards and protecting assets. This position requires a high-energy approach, balancing administrative tasks like record-keeping and payroll with physical demands such as lifting and store maintenance.
