About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Virginia Beach, where you will play a pivotal role in driving store operations, elevating customer service, and fostering team development. In this position, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for both associates and customers.
Your day will be a dynamic mix of leadership and hands-on support. You will guide the team through opening and closing procedures, manage merchandise flow from delivery to the sales floor, and maintain the visual standards of our seasonal areas. Beyond operational tasks, you will be responsible for training and developing Store Associates, ensuring they adhere to company policies and safety guidelines. You will also handle critical administrative duties, including record keeping, payroll, and loss prevention, while ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and ready for our 2720 North Mall Drive location's shoppers.

Requirements
