About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services. You will partner closely with the Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store, driving maximum sales and profitability. Your focus will be on developing your team, managing expenses and shrinkage, and ensuring all aspects of merchandising and inventory control align with company policies and procedures.

What to Expect
This is a dynamic, hands-on position requiring you to be on your feet for in excess of 8 hours a day. You will be actively engaged in walking, climbing ladders, and lifting items up to 50 pounds as part of the physical demands of the job. To succeed in this role, you must be at least 18 years old and possess prior retail or management experience.
