About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team and support store operations, customer service, and team development. In this role, you will partner with the Store Manager to supervise, train, and develop Store Associates, ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment for both customers and staff.
Your day-to-day involves maintaining a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom while ensuring all areas meet company standards. You will assist with daily store functions, from processing deliveries and managing merchandise to handling opening and closing procedures. A key part of your mission is to provide approachable customer service, addressing questions and concerns while protecting company assets and adhering to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
