About the Role
Our managers are tasked with running operations to ensure that guests receive the one-of-a-kind experience they expect at every Sonny's location. You will be the go-to resource for hourly team members, addressing their individual needs and concerns while providing clear benchmarks to ensure every shift runs smoothly.
In this role, you will assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating team members. You will foster a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere, ensuring all operations policies and procedures are executed effectively. Your goal is to ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience while reporting progress and plans of action to the General Manager.
