In this position, you will be the face of our hospitality, maintaining warm and hospitable guest relations throughout every interaction. You will greet guests with enthusiasm, acting as a knowledgeable guide for menu selections, cocktail pairings, and local recommendations. Your day will involve coordinating closely with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless service, while also monitoring the guest experience to determine the perfect moment to conclude the meal.
Beyond dining, you will serve as a resource for hotel services, room amenities, shopping, and travel directions. You will handle billing and payments with accuracy, resolve any guest requests or complaints with courtesy and speed, and confirm future dining reservations. This role requires a professional demeanor at all times, setting a high standard for guest safety and well-being while adapting to high-pressure conditions.
