About the Role
This position serves as the face of our brand within retail environments, focusing on engaging shoppers through live food and non-food demonstrations. The Associate acts as a knowledgeable ambassador, intercepting consumers to share product features and benefits in a professional, positive manner. The role is designed to drive product awareness and sales by creating interactive experiences that connect customers with the brand.
Day in the Life
Your day involves setting up and breaking down demonstration stations equipped with small appliances like microwaves, fryers, and coffee makers. You will prepare and serve food samples while maintaining a clean, sterile, and safe workspace. A significant portion of your time is dedicated to proactively engaging with shoppers, answering questions, and building rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives. You will also handle administrative tasks such as submitting expense reports and completing online requirements immediately following event execution.
Work Schedule
This role is part-time, typically not exceeding 25 hours per week. Please note that the company retains the discretion to adjust hours based on the evolving needs of the business or specific client requirements.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, or have one to three months of related experience. Proficiency with personal computers, mobile devices, and standard software (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PDF) is required. Additionally, a local food handler's permit may be necessary depending on the location.
