About the Role
This position serves as the face of our brand within retail environments, focusing on engaging consumers through live food and non-food demonstrations. The Associate is responsible for creating a professional and inviting atmosphere that highlights product features and benefits, ultimately driving consumer interest and sales.
The role involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm of preparing product stations, safely operating small appliances to serve samples, and actively intercepting shoppers to share product knowledge. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to engaging customers, maintaining a sterile and organized workspace, and building strong rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
While the role is designed for a part-time schedule of up to 25 hours per week, flexibility is maintained to adapt to business and client needs. The position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment with limited travel, requiring a high level of personal initiative and professional presentation.
