About the Role
This position serves as the face of our brand within retail environments, focusing on engaging shoppers through live food and non-food demonstrations. The Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere that highlights product features and benefits, turning casual browsers into informed customers.
You will act as a knowledgeable ambassador, intercepting consumers to share insights about the products represented. The role involves a dynamic mix of preparation, execution, and cleanup, requiring you to safely operate small appliances like microwaves, fryers, and coffee makers to serve samples. Success in this role relies on your ability to build rapport with store personnel and maintain a sterile, safe, and professional workspace throughout your shift.
While the role is designed for a part-time schedule of up to 25 hours per week, flexibility is key as business and client needs may fluctuate. You will be expected to manage your own time effectively, ensuring all event execution, expense reporting, and digital requirements are completed accurately and on the same day as the event.
