About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will do more than just manage a store; you will lead and mentor a team while building a career and life you love. This role is for those who thrive in a "people-first" environment where we care for each other, serve customers the right way, and win together.

A Day in the Life

You set the pace for the store and the tone for the team. Your day begins with a huddle to assign bays and ensure a steady workflow so customers receive safe and timely service. Unlike traditional management roles, no desk is required. You will be on the floor with your team, coaching and stepping in where needed. You will talk directly with customers to explain options clearly, ensuring they get back on the road confidently. Whether you are busting tires, managing inventory, or training technicians, you are hands-on, working alongside your teammates to deliver an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience.
