About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will do more than just manage a store; you will lead and mentor a team while building a career and life you love. This role is for those who want to set the pace for the store and the tone for the team. You will be on the floor with your teammates, coaching, stepping in where needed, and ensuring customers receive safe and timely service.

Your day begins with a huddle to assign bays and keep the workflow steady. You will talk directly with customers to explain options clearly, helping them get back on the road confidently. There is no desk required; your office is the shop floor. We believe in hands-on leadership, where you bust tires, manage inventory, and delight customers alongside your team of technicians.

Hiring Process
