About the Role

This position serves as a vital support to the CMP Marketing Manager, focusing on the daily operations and productivity of the CMP Marketing Team. The role is designed to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives while fostering a high-performing team environment. You will be instrumental in the full lifecycle of our marketing associates, from interviewing and hiring to training, development, and performance management. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will help maintain site marketing penetration standards, coordinate with sales management on tour logistics, and resolve complex booking issues.
