We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead our team with a focus on weekend availability. In this role, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, setting the example for cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. You will be expected to follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensure your crew does the same.

Work Environment
This role involves working in a dynamic environment with varying conditions. You may encounter adverse weather while performing outside tasks, and indoor temperatures can range from 36 degrees in the cooler to 90 degrees or higher in other work areas. The workspace includes exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces or tools reaching up to 500 degrees. You will also navigate cramped quarters, such as walk-in coolers, and handle sharp edges or moving mechanical parts.
