You will be the bridge between the Executive Director and daily operations, interacting effectively with residents, families, visitors, staff, vendors, community services, and regulators. Your work involves problem-solving and collaborating across the organization to ensure high standards of care. You will assist the Executive Director in managing budgeting, customer services, human resources, resident services, quality improvement, and adherence to regulatory and industry standards. As a leader, you will demonstrate the skills necessary to perform these functions while adapting quickly to new software and systems.
