We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join our team at The Recovery Village Salem in Salem, Oregon. This position plays a vital leadership role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department while ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
You will partner closely with the Director of Nursing, serving in the DON role when needed. Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, clinical judgment, and compassion. You will be instrumental in building trust with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, supporting them through every stage of treatment and recovery.
