About the Role

The RN - Assistant Director of Nursing plays a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Nursing (DON) in planning, organizing, and directing the overall operation of the Nursing Services department. This position exists to ensure the highest degree of quality patient care in strict accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. You will serve as a vital liaison between patients, families, and support departments, making independent decisions when circumstances warrant and implementing the department's goals and objectives. This role requires a blend of expert clinical knowledge, supervisory leadership, and the ability to function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
