About the Role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, working directly under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Your primary mission is to implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve residents' mobility, function, independence, and safety. This role goes beyond clinical interventions; it is about collaborating with nurses and therapists to adjust care plans, support discharge planning, and educate patients and families on exercises and functional strategies.

You will play a key role in helping seniors maintain their quality of life while navigating post-acute care environments.
