We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join our team in Salem, Oregon. This role is vital for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department while ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.\n The Assistant Director of Nursing combines clinical expertise, staff leadership, and operational oversight to support patients through every stage of treatment and recovery. You will partner closely with the Director of Nursing and may serve in the DON role when needed. Success in this position requires strong leadership skills, clinical judgment, compassion, and the ability to build trust with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
