We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join our team at The Recovery Village Salem in Salem, Oregon.
This role is designed for a compassionate nursing leader looking to make a meaningful impact in behavioral healthcare. The Assistant Director of Nursing plays a vital leadership role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department while ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
You will combine clinical expertise, staff leadership, and operational oversight to support patients through every stage of treatment and recovery. Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to build trust with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. You will partner closely with the Director of Nursing and may serve in the DON role when needed, ensuring safe staffing levels during emergencies and state-of-emergency operations.
